How can you help? - Donate

In order to promote this important  purpose to enable children and adults with  cognitive and developmental disabilities to see better, be more independent and function optimally, we need  your help in funding the following equipment and examinations:

Equipment

​

  • Retinomax- automatic, objective examination for eye glasses prescription and cornea examination

  • Plusoptix Vision Screener,Quick assessment in screening for the most prevalent vision disorders.

  • Mobile lensmeter- for checking the prescription of the present eyeglasses

  • Mobile slit lamp- for examining the health of the eye

  • Indirect opthalmoscopy for examining the retina

  • Eyecare - for examining Intraocular pressure

  • Mobile visual acuity computer chart m&s 

  • Optometry trial lens set case -for adjusting eye glasses 

Examination

  • An adapted ,combined examination done by an ophthalmologist and an optometrist  in the institution where the person is taken care of.
